Hi, everyone.

"If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere." – Frank A. Clark

That does say a lot for Brigantine! We meet so many people that do not know what to do with their houses. Lift it, sell it, or leave it? So sad!

On the bright side... How beautiful the children from Connecticut were singing, and Jennifer Hudson brought tears to many eyes. What an opening for the Super Bowl game.

How about the lights? First time for that ever, and hopefully the last. I bet the players' nerves went berserk at that time. And what a halftime show. Is that Beyonce the best entertainer or what?

Won't tell you what team I was rooting for, but I sure was happy.

Just a reminder, the Community Presbyterian Church is still in need of food for those in need. Drop-off is at 1501 Brigantine Ave. Also, the A.C. Rescue Mission is seeking clothing for reuse or recycling.

And as always - Help A Hero!

Got extra pens, paper, or blank cards? Soldiers would love to have them so they can write to loved ones back home. Send to For the Troops, Headquarters, 2872 Cochran St., Simi Valley, CA 93065.

 Time for a giggle!

Q: What did the stamp say to the envelope?

A: Stick with me, and we'll go places!
