Brian Groetsch, Jr., president of the Cape May County Association of Realtors, has been reelected to a second term. Currently an agent with Re/Max at the Shore, the Cape May native has been a licensed Realtor since 2004; served on the association’s board of directors since 2008; and also chaired and served on several association committees.
The 2012 board also includes Matthew Iannone, Freda Real Estate, vice president; Steven Waters, C.A. McCann & Sons, treasurer; Barry Bruno, Chris Clemans Sotheby’s International Realty, secretary; and members Sheila Erickson, Avalon Real Estate; Patricia Gray Hendricks, Wilsey Realty; Christine Rothwell, RE/MAX at the Shore; Christopher Bezaire, Coldwell Banker Sol Needles Real Estate; John Koch, Century 21 Alliance; Margaret Bethel, Coastline Realty; and Kenneth Germann, Homestead Real Estate.
Jason Grabowski, Ocean First, is affiliate director. The immediate past president is Carol Anderson, Coastline Realty. Past presidents include George DeLollis , Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate and Christina P. Clemans, Chris Clemans Sotheby’s International Realty.
