Deb Pellegrino, executive pastry chef at the Harrah’s and Showboat casinos in Atlantic City, has been chosen the culinary honoree for the 2012 Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala. Pellegrino is a 1992 graduate of the college’s Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing.
