FBK names four new shareholders

Danielle Fox, seated on left, Carol Kemler, Michael McGuire, standing at left, and Tom Aromando have been named shareholders at Fitzpatrick, Bongiovanni and Kelly.  MARMORA — Thomas Aromando, Danielle Fox, Carol Kemler, and Michael McGuire have been named as shareholders at Fitzpatrick, Bongiovanni and Kelly, the firm announced recently.

A graduate of Albright College, Aromando has been with the firm since 2000 and was previously a manager.  He is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst who has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting.

Aromando is active on a variety of local community boards, including the executive committee of the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce, treasurer of the Ocean City Education Foundation, treasurer of OCNJ Care, and former member of the Ocean City Planning Board and Utility Advisory Board.  He lives in Ocean City with his wife, Sandy, and son, Matthew.

Danielle Fox joined the firm in 1988 after receiving her bachelor of science degree in accounting from Richard Stockton College. A lifelong resident of Cape May County, Fox lives in Seaville with her husband, Jeff, and daughters Kaitlyn and Nicole.  Fox has served many years on the board of the PTA at Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School and is currently treasurer of the Long Term Recovery Group of Cape May County.  

Carol Kemler holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Rowan University and joined the firm in 1997. She is a certified public accountant, certified in financial planning and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation. Kemler has been a resident of Ocean City for almost 30 years.

Michael McGuire joined the firm in 1994 and has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics with a minor in accounting from The Kings College. McGuire has been active in the local community having served as treasurer with the Knights of Columbus, Master and Trustee of Ocean City Lodge 171 of Free and Accepted Masons, President of the Ocean City Masonic Club and Co-Chairman of Foster-Karney Foundation. McGuire lives with his wife, Pam, in Petersburg.

All are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Aromando primarily serves clients out of the Linwood office, while Fox, Kemler and McGuire are based in Marmora.
