Third annual Rum Runners Ball

CAPE MAY -- The Cape May County Historical Society will host the third annual Rum Runners Ball on Saturday, Feb. 16, at Congress Hall.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and cash bar, followed by dinner and dancing.
DJ Tony Genaro will play authentic 1920s jazz for the dinner hour, followed by dance music from the ’20s to today.
Period dress is encouraged but not required, but there will be prizes for best dressed woman, man and couple as well as a few door prizes.
This year, the society will crown the first King and Queen Rummy.
Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased either at 465-3535 or www.cmcmuseum.org under Calendar of Events.
