Reverse 911 calls to cell phones

LOWER TOWNSHIP – Officials here said residents can have reverse 911 calls made to their cell phones by calling 886-2005, ext. 132.
Lower Township provided emergency updates to residents through reverse 911 calls during Hurricane Sandy. Residents can also receive alerts in other emergency weather situations like a major snow storm. The reverse 911 calls can also inform residents of residents leaf and branch pick up schedules.
