Carol Dugan of Ventnor is Ms. Senior New Jersey

ATLANTIC CITY—The votes were tallied Thursday at the conclusion of a three hour show at Harrah’s Resort and Casino featuring 15 very talented women age 60 and up and Carol Dugan of Ventnor was crowned Ms. Senior New Jersey. Dugan sang a patriotic medley that wowed the audience. The first runner-up is Leah Whelan of Southampton.
Dugan will compete in the Ms. Senior America Pageant in October. The pageant finals will be held Thursday, Oct. 12 at Harrah’s.
