Youngsters give back to community

The children of the Beth Judah Early Learning Center in Ventnor are taught that every day should be a day of giving, but a very special mitzvah was on the calendar for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. After donating food during the annual food drive at Beth Judah, students went to Jewish Family Service in Margate to stock its shelves. There, they were welcomed by Leigh Turner, community initiative coordinator for JFS, who helped them organize food in the JFS food pantry.
