Children from Slaybaugh Primary School dressed in costume for their Halloween parades on Friday, Nov. 2.
EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – Slaybaugh Primary School held its annual Halloween parade on Friday, Nov. 2, two days after Hurricane Sandy caused the rescheduling of Halloween and the closure of school on Wednesday, Oct. 31. The children marched around the building in front of their parents, grandparents and friends and sang a few Halloween songs they had rehearsed.

Slaybaugh Complex Assistant Principal Doris Borne looks after the preschool and Kindergarten children of Slaybaugh Primary School while dressed as a salt shaker. Principal Maryann Giardina was her matching pair, dressed in a pepper shaker costume.
The grounds of Slaybaugh Primary School are safe on Friday, Nov. 2 as many superheroes are on patrol during the school’s Halloween parade.
