EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP –
Â
Some residents made it a family affair. The Sutton family participated with Carrie Sutton, 3, one of the youngest participants ever to volunteer; brother Joseph Sutton, 9; grandfather Ronald Sutton and parents Robert and Cindy Sutton, who said they believe in teaching community service to their children.
The Charydczak family was represented by Cole, 10, and his parents Jennifer and Neil Charydczak, who said they also believe in volunteering and are strong supporters of the environment.
Employees of the Public Works Department collected the trash and recycling bags left on the streets by the volunteers.
