Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

 Jacquelin M. Ernst, 68, of Pleasantville was arrested Sept. 17 by Officer Michael Keeping and charged with defiant trespassing and harassment.

Christian M. Gibbs, 22, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Sept. 19 by Officer Chris Berry and charged with hindering apprehension.

Joanna M. Alvare, 56, of West Creek was arrested Sept. 20 by Officer Robert Sheppard and charged with two counts of shoplifting.

Stephanie L. Morgan, 31, of Runnemede was arrested Sept. 13 by Officer Robert Sheppard and charged with driving while intoxicated and assault by auto.

Michele L. Swangler, 46, and Edwin G. Scuillo Jr., 29, both of Egg Harbor Township were arrested Sept. 23 by Officer Jody London and charged with theft of movable property, receiving stolen property and credit card theft. Swangler was also charged with forgery. Scuillo was also charged with conspiracy to commit theft.

Robert T. Lamb, 22, of Pleasantville was arrested Sept. 22 by Officers Katrina Cantell and Robert Harte and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of imitation controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph M. Soltz, 32, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Sept. 21 by Sgt. Al Maiorano and Officer John Beattes and charged with eluding.

Tony T. Carucci II, 27, of Galloway was arrested Sept. 23 by Officer Kenneth Winkel and charged with shoplifting.

Dwaine Edward Duffey, 37, of Pleasantville was arrested Sept. 24 by Officer Charles Davenport and charged with possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Robert Keith Davis, 43, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Sept. 25 by Officer Scott Nell and charged with possession of heroin and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Tracy S. Sanders Jr., 25, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Sept. 26 by Officer Joseph Coady and charged with hindering apprehension.
