The Egg Harbor Township Fire Department responded to the following calls Sept. 15-29:

 Sept. 15: The Bargaintown Volunteer Fire Company along with Egg Harbor Township Ambulance responded at 10:30 p.m. to the intersection of Bargaintown Road and Zion Road for a motor vehicle crash and was on location for one hour.

 Sept. 16: The Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company along with Egg Harbor Township Ambulance responded at 7 p.m. to the intersection of Ridge Avenue and the Black Horse Pike for a motor vehicle crash and was on location for 30 minutes.

At 9:30 p.m. the same units responded to the intersection of Ridge Avenue and West Jersey Avenue for a motor vehicle crash and were on location for one hour. One female civilian was extricated from her vehicle.

Sept. 21: The Farmington Volunteer Fire Company along with firefighters from the Atlantic City Airport responded at 10:30 p.m. to Tilton Road on the FAA property for a car fire and was on location for 30 minutes.

Sept. 25: The volunteer fire companies of Farmington and Cardiff, along with Egg Harbor Township Police and Egg Harbor Township Ambulance responded at 4:38 p.m. to Westcoat Road for a one car motor vehicle crash. Firefighters extricated one male civilian form his vehicle and he was transported by ambulance to the trauma center. Also assisting were Atlanticare Paramedics.

Sept. 29: The volunteer fire companies of Bargaintown and Scullville from the Egg Harbor Township Fire Department in Atlantic County responded to Zion Road north of South Mount Airy Avenue on Sept. 29 at 3:30 a.m. for a one car motor vehicle crash. Firefighters extricated one civilian from the vehicle and they were transported to the trauma center by Egg Harbor Township Ambulance. The cause of the crash is under investigation by Egg Harbor Township Police. Assisting were Bargaintown Fire Police, Egg Harbor Township Ambulance, Egg Harbor Township Police, and AtlantiCare Paramedics.

Sharpe The volunteer fire companies of Bargaintown and Scullville from the Egg Harbor Township Fire Department responded to Zion Road north of South Mount Airy Avenue on Sept. 29 where a driver had to be extricated from the vehicle and transported to the hospital for injuries.
