Man arrested after allegedly stealing from Shore Mall store

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - A Camden man was arrested after an alleged robbery of Beachcomber Collectibles in the Shore Mall on Friday, Nov. 9, police said.
Terrance Thomas, 43, was charged with two counts of robbery, theft and simple assault after he allegedly robbed the store and assaulted two of the store's employees at approximately 4:28 p.m., police said.

Thomas fled after the alleged incidient, but was quickly apprehended in the parking lot by Officer Robert O'Donoghue. No weapon was involved and there were no injuries reported, police said. Bail on the charges was set by Judge H. Robert Switzer at $75,000 cash. Thomas was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.Officers Robert Sheppard and Det.Reynold Theriault handled the investigation.
