Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

James U. McBride II, 33, of Atlantic City was arrested Dec. 30 by Officer Jonathan Nieves and charged with aggravated assault.

Elmer R. Kidd, 23, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 1 by Officer Joseph Colella and charged with obstruction.

Jasmine M. Shiggs-Lewis, 29, of Atlantic City was arrested Jan. 1 by Officer Patrick Daly and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a breath test.

Jennifer Nordaby, 40, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 2 by Officer Joseph Niceta and charged with shoplifting. She was arrested again Jan. 3 by Officer Matthew Hann and charged with shoplifting, robbery by force and simple assault

William J. Ireland, 45, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 3 by Detective Mark Wagner and charged with criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and theft of a motor vehicle.

Jarrett W. Dixon, 18, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 3 by Officer Gary Johnson and charged with possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.

Arthur E. Hand, 39, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 4 by Officer Charles Davenport and charged with making terroristic threats and simple assault.

Tricia Elizabeth Wright, 27, of Hammonton, and Edgardo Luis Matos, 36, of Egg Harbor City were arrested Jan. 5 by Officers James Macpherson and Joseph Griffiths and charged with shoplifting. Matos was also charged with eluding.

Jason R. Nugent, 45, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 1 by Officer Charles Davenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, eluding and theft of a motor vehicle.

Marquette D. Kyles, 28, of Atlantic City was arrested Jan. 3 by Officer Cherie Burgan and charged with criminal mischief.

Leon D. McLeary, 31, of Somers Point was arrested Jan. 5 by Officer Joseph Colella and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jason J. Sage, 26, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 7 by Officer John Beattes and charged with possession of heroin, resisting arrest, obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and failure to surrender to law enforcement.
