Felix Vargas, 39, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer Jody Lynd and charged with receiving a lost credit card and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Gerald M. Williams III, 52, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 15 by Officers James Macpherson and Michael Keeping and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a breath test.

Derek S. Benjamin, 21, of Ventnor was arrested Jan. 16 by Officer Brian Keane and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

John M. Sadler, 27, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 17 by Officer Cheri Burgan and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription.

William J. Gray, 48, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 17 by Officer Michael Niceta and charged with simple assault.

Thomas M. Bell III, 59, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 17 by Officer Brian Keane and charged with making terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

Kevin F. Bowers, 44, of Margate was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer Melvin Laramore and charged with making terroristic threats.

Rosilee Hardy, 26, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer Jon D’Augustine and charged with simple assault.

Philip Froehner, 52, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer Michael O’Hagen and charged with violation of a restraining order.

Jason R. Epstein, 43, of East Windsor was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer John Beattes and charged with stalking and harassment.

Edward Stanley Lichota, 38, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 18 by Officer Richard Vogt and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Alexander Ruiz-Garcia, 26, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 19 by Officer Curtis Ware and charged with criminal restraint, simple assault and harassment. He was arrested again on Jan. 20 by Officer Ware and charged with violation of a court order.

Chad J. Enright, 33, of Hamilton Township was arrested Jan. 21 by Officer Joseph Colella and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Marc Anthony Cummings, 25, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Jan. 19 by Detective John Heim and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
