Icy resolve

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - The Egg Harbor Township Fire Department took advantage of the cold weather on Saturday, Jan. 26 to conduct an ice rescue drill at Egg Harbor Township Park on Zion Road. Firefighters trained on several scenarios of rescue to hone their skills as the snow and ice often interest children who could fall into the water. The volunteer firefighters wanted to be prepared should anyone fall through the ice and be in need of rescuing.
