Medical marijuana site in Egg Harbor Township one step closer to opening

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – The Compassionate Care Foundation medical marijuana dispensary is one step closer to being able to open, according to its CEO Bill Thomas, who issued an update on the process Tuesday, March 12.
"We are now in the hands of the Department of Health. We have completed all of the required tasks to move to the next step of starting to grow,” he stated in a Facebook message to the nonprofit's followers.
“We still have some construction to do after the DOH approves of our financing plan. So keep your fingers crossed."
