Public to hear construction details on Atlantic County intersection Wednesday, March 20

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - Atlantic County officials will hold a public information session to discuss plans to reconfigure the intersection of Fire and Mill roads in Egg Harbor Township on Wednesday, March 20, between 4 and 6 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 3515 Bargaintown Road.
The $4.5 million project includes the addition of traffic lanes to increase capacity and ease congestion as well as other related road and bridge work at the intersection. The county has acquired the necessary permitting from the state Department of Environmental Protection and the Pinelands Commission. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer.
