EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – Residents who are still struggling to recover from Hurricane Sandy damage will have an opportunity to meet with a long-term disaster recovery group on Wednesday, April 16 in the Egg Harbor Township Community Center.

Starting at 6 p.m. the township will host the Atlantic County Revive Long Term Recovery Group, a coalition of more than 30 large relief organizations, state and county service providers and local nonprofits, which have joined together to help guide and direct Sandy relief and rebuilding efforts in Atlantic County.

Direct invitation letters were sent to residents in Anchorage Point, Morris Beach, Seaview Harbor, West Atlantic City and others that live along the Great Egg Harbor River.

This meeting, while targeting Egg Harbor Township residents in particular, is open to anyone in Atlantic County who is still recovering from the storm.
