A Holistic Healing Conference will be held 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 at Congress Hall, 251 Beach Ave., Cape May.
The registration fee is $99. Participants can register online at www.reneewelde.com or via mail by sending a check to Renee Welde, Elizabeth Seton Women’s Center, 133 W. 70th St., New York, NY 10023.
Preregistration by Oct. 15 is required.
The program will begin with sign-in at 8:30 p.m. followed by an introduction to the presenters.
Continuing education credits may be available for counselors, social workers, nurses and other professionals who attend the program.

Being in Sync: Opening to the Gift of Synchronicity
9:15-10:30 a.m.
Renee Welde, national certified counselor, psychosynthesis instructor, career counselor and practicing psychotherapist at the Elizabeth Seton Women’s Center, will show how, through various modalities, people can learn how to recognize meaningful coincidences (synchronicities) and use them to see how life shows them what they need to know.
The Rainbow Bridge: Chakras and You
10:30-11:45 a.m.
Certified chakra healer and teacher Virginia H. McKinnie will use meditation, simple artistic expressions and gentle movement to show participants how to touch upon their chakra’s strengths and deficiencies and harness their experience to better understand spiritual, emotional and physical energies embodied in chakras.
Connections: Your Personal Connection to Yourself and the Cosmos
noon-1:15 p.m.
Denny Daikeler, an international speaker, interior designer, minister and the author of two books, “What Color is Your Slipcover?” and “Connections,” will lecture on the power of aliveness, living full-out and listening for signs, whether you are designing your home, choosing your path or connecting to your higher self. Includes book signing.
Healing Hands for Healthy Families
2:15-3:30 p.m.
Barbara Reid is a spiritually oriented, holistic healer who combines traditional psychotherapy with healing energy work, and has been helping others creating multi-dimensional health and well-being for more than 20 years. Reid will guide participants in learning how healing hands work for individuals and families. A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Energy with advanced studies in teacher training, Reid has a private practice in Chestnut Hill, Pa.
The Voice: The Muscle of the Soul
3:30-4:45 p.m.
Sally Knudsen, a community counselor, actress, singer, yoga teacher and healing touch practitioner from Fort Collins, Colo., will guide participants in using their voices as instruments of healing through the use of breath, song and spoken word.
