According to police, a 2010 Mercedes heading north on Pitney Road went through a red light at Moss Mill Road and struck a 2005 Dodge Caravan heading east on Moss Mill Road, sending the driver and a passenger to the hospital for treatment, along with a 1-year-old for observation.
The driver of the Mercedes, Richard Camacho, 35, of Mays Landing was issued a summons by Ptl. Tom Guercioni.

Another passenger declined medical treatment, police said.
