Galloway Police Blotter, Edition of Feb. 9, 2012

Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

During the week of Jan. 16-22 the Galloway Township Police Department answered 1,033 calls. Officers made 47 arrests and issued 118 traffic summonses including three charges of driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to 22 motor vehicle accidents, 10 domestic complaints, 91 medical assists and 15 fire calls.

Richard Martinez, 39, of Hammonton was arrested Jan. 17 by Ptl. Jacquelyn Crocker and charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, obstruction, theft and aggravated assault on a police officer. He was lodged in the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility on $100,000 full cash bail.

Charles T. Flippen, 54, of Egg Harbor City was arrested Jan. 18 by Ptl. Stephen Vernon and charged with burglary, trespassing and criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility on $12,500 full cash bail.

Dalene A. White, 49, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 18 by Ptl. Scott Winneberger and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while on suspension, attempting to elude in a vehicle and obstructing the investigation of a crime. She was released on a summons.

Timothy P. Michael, 23, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 18 by Ptl. Kevin Costa and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was released on a summons.

Daniel Berrios, 18, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 19 by Ptl. Matthew Worth and charged with obstruction. He was released on summons.

Kevin M. Naylor, 21, of Pine Hill was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Robert Bauer and charged with improper behavior. He was released on a summons.

Brandon F. Bush, 21, of Allentown, Monmouth County was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Ken Snuffer and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Michele A. Giglio, 43, of Hammonton and Raul P. Melendez, 33, of Hamilton Township were arrested Jan. 29 by Ptl. Christian Magazzu. Giglio was charged with hindering apprehension and disorderly conduct. Melendez was charged with criminal trespass, hindering apprehension and criminal mischief. Both were released on summonses.

Ali Gocmez, 20, of Delran, was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Kevin Costa and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Michael G. Coffee, 21, of Gibbsboro was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Richard Bauer and charged with improper behavior. He was released on a summons.

Robert B. Phillips, 27, of Hamilton Township was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Christian Magazzu and charged with shoplifting. He was released on a summons.

Nelson Ruiz Jr., 29, of Pleasantville was arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Incent Ceci and charged with failure to register for Megan’s Law. He was released on a summons.

Adrian G. Marrero, 18, and Rodson Jean, 19, both of Galloway were arrested Jan. 20 by Ptl. Dan Weigle and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  They were released on summonses.

Brandon E. Risley, 21, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 20 by Detective Ryan Goehringer and charged with theft. He was released on a summons.

Yomary Rodriguez, 32, of Egg Harbor City was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Christian Magazzu and charged with possession of hypodermic needles and hindering apprehension. She was lodged in the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility on outstanding warrants.

Bernard Y. Taylor, 34, of Pleasantville was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Christian Magazzu and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and use of a juvenile to commit a crime. He was lodged in Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility on $25,000 bail.

Juvenile Report

A 15-year-old Galloway boy was arrested Jan. 18 by Ptl. Paul Smith and charged with hindering apprehension. He was released on a juvenile summons.

A 13-year-old Galloway boy was arrested Jan. 21 by Ptl. Christian Magazzu and charged with criminal trespass. He was released to his parents on a juvenile summons.

Burglary Report

Burglaries were reported to buildings Jan. 18 on S. Berlin Avenue and W. Cleveland Avenue.

Sheriff’s Report

Jermaine V. Gaskins, 39, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 25 by Detectives Eric Wise, Jeffery Newman and Michael Hankins for nonsupport.

Steven E. Spencer, 47, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 27 by Officer Roberto Rosado for nonsupport.

Scott M. Trefero, 31, of Galloway was arrested Jan. 31 in Atlantic City by Officer William Ade for nonsupport.
