The Current Newspapers is seeking your input for the 2012 Galloway Absecon Community Guide scheduled for publication next month. 
We’re asking local organizations to write a few words about the good work they are doing on behalf of their neighbors to help make the communities of Galloway and Absecon special places to live, work and raise a family.
If you are a leader of a local service club, veterans group, charity, youth program, community group, religious organization, social service or government agency, we would like to hear from you. 
Please include the name of the group, when and where you meet, your purpose or mission, a summary of your accomplishments and activities, and where to find more information. This is a chance to get the word out about your most important events scheduled for 2012. Photographs are also welcome.
For those groups that have participated in the past, updates for 2012 are welcomed.

One final note; the deadline has been extended for this year’s guide submissions. The new deadline is Thursday, Feb. 23.
