GALLOWAY – Raymond R. Ciccone, an expert in forensic accounting, has been appointed by Gov. Chris Christie to the Richard Stockton College board of trustees.

A 1979 Stockton graduate with a bachelor of science degree in accounting, Ciccone’s term extends to June 2015.

A resident of Long Beach Island, Ocean County, Ciccone is a former member of the Stockton College Foundation Board.

“I am both proud and excited to serve on the board of trustees of my beloved alma mater,” Ciccone said. “The educational and social experience I had at this institution prepared me well for my professional and personal life.”

Ciccone is managing partner of Ciccone, Gotthold & Koseff Certified Public Accountants in Ship Bottom, and a partner of the Forensic Accounting Group Inc., based in New York City.

“Ray brings a wealth of experience in many financial arenas that will be invaluable to Stockton. And of course, we take pride that Ray will be joining Mady Deininger as the second Stockton graduate on our board,” Stockton President Herman J. Saatkamp Jr. said.

Ciccone also has a master of science degree from Seton Hall University.
