GALLOWAY – The township will be applying very soon for Federal Emergency Management Agency funds to elevate homes in Galloway.

To be included, residents must apply by Tuesday, Feb. 5 for mitigation funds.

There is no guarantee of funds being awarded.

FEMA grants would pay for 75 percent of project costs, with homeowners responsible for 25 percent.

The following information must be provided to the Galloway Township Office of Emergency Management by 4:30 p.m. Feb. 5: Your name as owner, address, block and lot numbers, phone number(s) and email address if applicable.
