Oakcrest High School culinary arts teacher Troy Jenkins conducted a Heart Healthy Cooking Demonstration for the staff Feb. 7 at the school.

Staff members learned to cook fun, healthy dishes with great taste. February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about heart disease and to educate the public about ways to live healthier lives.
