Kathleen T. Nunzi, director of benefits and employee health for Shore Medical Center, received Shore’s Leadership Profile Award for the fourth quarter of 2011.
Nunzi joined Shore in 1987 as benefits administrator. In her current role, she recommends retirement, health, prescription, dental and vision benefits, oversees the workers’ compensation program, and is involved in life and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, child care subsidy and employee relations.
Nunzi lives in Egg Harbor Township.
