CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Classes to help people quit smoking will be held Wednesdays beginning March 7 at Cape Regional Medical Center.

The Center for Lifestyle Management will host the smoking cessation classes from 3-4 p.m. March 7, 14, 21, and 28 in the Thomas and Claire Brodesser Jr. Cancer Center conference room on the ground floor of the hospital. The hospital is at 2 Stone Harbor Blvd. in Cape May Court House.

Cost is $25, with a refund of $15 by attending all classes.
