Library offers health and exercise classes

 The Cape May County Library plans to offer a wide variety of health and exercise courses, according to library officials.  Classes are free and registration is not required.

Classes will be held at the following libraries:

Mondays

10 a.m. - Zumba Gold - Sea Isle City Branch, 4800 Central Ave., Sea Isle City

1 p.m. - Sit Combo Cardio - Main Library, 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

4:30 p.m. - Zumba Fitness, Upper Branch Library - 2050 Route 631, Petersburg

5:30 p.m. - Introduction to Yoga - Stone Harbor Recreation Center, 82nd& 2nd Avenue, Stone Harbor

Tuesdays

10 a.m. - Pilates Workshop, Lower Branch Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas

4:30 p.m. - Zumba Fitness - Main Library, 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

6 p.m. - Zumba Fitness - Main Library, 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

Wednesdays

10 a.m. - Qigong & Tai Chi - Lower Branch Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas

11:30 a.m. - Qigong & Tai Chi - Lower Branch Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas

6:30 p.m. - Zumba Fitness - Sea Isle City Library, 4800 Central Ave., Sea Isle City

Thursdays:

10 a.m. - Qigong & Tai Chi - Sea Isle City Library, 4800 Central Ave., Sea Isle City

4:30 p.m. - Gentle Yoga - Main Library, 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

2 p.m. - Pilates Workshop, Stone Harbor Rec. Center, 82nd& 2nd Avenue, Stone Harbor

6 p.m. - All Levels Yoga - Main Library 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

Fridays:

10 a.m. - Low Sit Cardio - Main Library 30 W. Mechanic St., Cape May Court House

11:30 a.m. - Zumba Gold - Stone Harbor Rec. Center on 82nd& 2nd Ave. in Stone Harbor

Saturdays:

10 a.m. - Qigong & Tai Chi - Lower Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas
