Police blotter information is supplied by local and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

David C. Kielbasinksi, 60, of Somers Point was arrested Feb. 6 by Ptl. John Miller and charged with shoplifting.

Bobbie M. Dilks, 45, of Pleasantville was arrested Feb. 6 by Ptl. Daniel Bryan Jr. and charged with two counts of violation of a court order.

Frank J. Varra, 51, of Ventnor was arrested Feb. 7 by Ptl. Michael Price and charged with violation of a court order.

William H. Blackton, 54, of Margate was arrested Feb. 7 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving while under the influence and driving while suspended for driving while intoxicated.

Katrina M. Shannon, 50, of Somers Point was arrested Feb. 9 by Sgt. Anthony DiSciascio and charged with harassment.

Robin L. Snead, 38, of Ventnor was arrested Feb. 9 by Ptl. John Conover and charged with shoplifting.

Jordan H. Kennedy, 19, of Somers Point was arrested Feb. 9 by Ptl. John Conover and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley D. Yarger, 18, of Northfield was arrested Feb. 9 by Ptl. John Conover and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ricardo Gonzalez, 39, of Pleasantville was arrested Feb. 10 by Ptl. Daniel Bryan and charged with distributing drugs in a school/park zone, manufacture or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Jaimee Speicher, 19, of Ocean City was arrested Feb. 7 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, namely marijuana, under 50 grams.

Ross M. Karrer, 30, of Somers Point was arrested Feb. 12 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with simple assault.

A 14-year-old from Somers Point was arrested Feb. 12 by Ptl. John Miller and charged with criminal restraint and simple assault.

Donica S. Biddle, 29, of Somers Point was arrested by Ptl. Paul Scapellato and charged with shoplifting.

There were two warrant arrests.
