Wilson to lead New Covenant Church

The New Covenant Community Church welcomed Pastor Brendon Wilson Sunday, Sept. 2.
After more than two years of functioning with a part-time pastor, Wilson will serve as the lead pastor for New Covenant Community Church, 701 New Hampshire Ave. in Somers Point.
Wilson grew up in Southern Africa and studied church programs, leadership development and life skill training at Youth for Christ following high school.
He served as the youth, associate and senior pastor at a non-denominational church in Huntington, Long Island.
In 2006, Wilson served as part of the leadership team of Christ Life Church in Phoenix, Ariz.
In August, Wilson, his wife, Danielle, and their children, Daniel, 5, and Katelyn, 2, moved to South Jersey to serve the Somers Point church.
