Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
The Somers Point Police Department had 38 adult arrests for the period ending Nov. 4.
Jessica A. Proctor, 25, of Browns Mills was arrested Oct. 22 by Ptl. John Miller and Sgt. John Barbieri and charged with careless driving, driving under the influence, no registration, driver’s license or insurance cards and simple assault.
Shanna Lieb, 26, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 22 by Ptl. John Conover and charged with obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.
Francis R. Chinnici, 30, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 22 by Ptl. Richard Dill and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
Angeline Curia, 24, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 24 by Ptl. Michael Price and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and failure to pay fines.
James Robertson, 21, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Oct. 25 by Ptl James Shields and charged with contempt of court.
Nicole Roberts, 30, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 25 by Ptl. Daniel Bryan and charged with making terroristic threats and failure to pay fines.
Francis Chinnici, 30, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 25 by Class II Officer Christopher Haskins and charged with possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe.
Lorena Pehar, 18, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 26 by Ptl. Richard Heiler and charged with simple assault.
Felix Hutchinson, 31, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 27 by Ptl. Mark McElwee and Sgt. John Barbieri and charged with criminal mischief and simple assault.
Sylvia Juarez, 27, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 27 by Sgt. Howard Dill Jr. and charged with driving while suspended and failure to pay fines.
John M. Sadler, 27, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Oct. 27 by Sgt. Howard Dill Jr., and charged with conspiracy, distributing drugs within a school/park zone, loitering with the purpose to obtain a controlled dangerous substance, manufacture and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, obstructing the flow of traffic and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Lionel Q. Bowman, 21, of Pleasantville was arrested Oct. 27 by Sgt. Howard Dill and Class II Christopher Haskins and charged with distributing drugs in a school/park zone, loitering with the purpose to obtain a controlled dangerous substance, the manufacture and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of marijuana under 50 grams with the intent to distribute.
Karen S. Kennedy, 47, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Oct. 30 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Jesse Lee Grayson, 20, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 30 by Ptl. Samuel Clerico and charged with disorderly conduct.
Alexander Utts, 19, of Northfield was arrested Oct. 30 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Ian Richard Doran, 22, of Somers Point was arrested Oct.31 by Ptl. Samuel Clerico and criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and urinating in public.
James DAgostino, 35, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 31 David Ficca and charged with disorderly conduct.
Marques Chaney, 32, of Somers Point was arrested Oct. 31 by Lt. Michael Sweeney and charged with unlawful possession of a shot gun.
Adam Held, 33, of Ventnor was arrested Oct. 31 by Ptl. Joseph Scioli and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
Brian Szeles, 26, of Harrisburg, Pa, was arrested Oct. 31 by Sgt. Howard Dill and charged with driving while under the influence.
Patricia Judge, 54, of Colonia, NJ was arrested Nov. 1 by Ptl. James Shields and charged with contempt of court and criminal mischief.
Richard Nigsch, 29, of Philadelphia was arrested Nov. 2 by Ptl James Shields and charged with disorderly conduct.
Xavier Arthur Abreu, 18, of Somers Point was arrested Nov. 2 by Sgt. Charles Somers and charged Burglary, conspiracy and theft.
Danielle K. Wright, 20, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Nov. 2 by Ptl. James Shields and charged with burglary, conspiracy and theft.
Robert R. Price, 19, of Mays Landing was arrested Nov. 2 by Ptl James Shields and charged with burglary, conspiracy and theft.
Paul V. Lord, 24, of Somers Point was arrested Nov. 4 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with possession of an open container of alcohol and disorderly conduct.
Brian Cyzewski, 22, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Oct. 4 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Brenda Myres, 36, of Toms River was arrested Nov. 4 by Ptl. David Ficca and charged with failure to pay fines and shoplifting.
Mark Ortolano, 49, of Atlantic City was arrested Nov. 4 by Ptl. David Ficca and charged with failure to pay fines and shoplifting.
David Mitchell, 34, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested Nov. 4 by Ptl. Shawn McKelvey and charged with disorderly conduct.
