Threat of violence closes Mainland

LINWOOD—A threat of violence prompted Linwood police and school administration to close Mainland Regional High School for Friday, Jan. 18.

Police are still sifting through the details at this time and will  have more information later today. It is unclear what type of violence was threatened but school officials made the call to shutter the school early Friday morning.
