NORTHFIELD—A few snowflakes could not deter more than 400 students and their families from heading back to the Northfield Community School Friday night for the annual Winter Carnival.
You could grab something to eat, toss a bean bag, roll the dice, shoot an arrow, fling a football, putt for a birdie, shoot a hoop, flip a ring, run an obstacle course and try your hand at winning a gold fish.
Facilitated by the Northfield Community School PTO and manned by an army of volunteers the annual winter carnival is the one sure way to chase the winter blues away.
