Mavromates team joins Keller Williams in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY — Keller Williams Realty Jersey Shore has announced the addition of three seasoned sales associates who previously worked together at Weichert Realtors in Turnersville.
Michael Mavromates, a Wildwood Crest resident, was sales associate and regional training director at Weichert since 2003, and will lead the team of three in his new position. Joining Mavromates is his long time Weichert colleague Linda Carbone, a Sewell resident, who was a sales associate in the Turnersville office since 2000, and David Read from Wildwood Crest, who worked as a sales associate in Weichert’s Northfield office from 2007 to 2009 before joining Carbone and Mavromates in 2009 in Turnersville.

OCEAN CITY – Steven E. Brady, president and chief executive officer of Ocean City Home Bank, announced the promotion of Senior Vice President Janet Bossi to executive vice president.
In addition, three banking professionals have been promoted to first vice president positions within the company.

Fox Rehabilitation opens outpatient clinic in Ocean City
Fox Rehabilitation has opened an outpatient clinic in Ocean City. Fox started out as a Medicare Part B house call private practice in 1998 with Dr. Tim Fox. Fourteen years, over 700 therapists and nine states later, Fox applied that same philosophy and culture with the growth of its outpatient division. Ocean City is Fox’s fourth clinic including Cape May Court House, Northfield, and Voorhees.

Realtors honored for being office leaders

Prudential Fox and Roach salutes sales associates in the Ocean City offices for being the office leaders for the month of December 2012. From Battersea Road, Nicole Presnall has been recognized for volume and units. Licensed since 1996, Presnall is a resident of Ocean City. Patrick Halliday has been recognized for listings.
From 34th Street, Cheryl Huber has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 1984, Huber is a recipient of the Top of the Rock and Circle of Excellence awards. She is a resident of Ocean City. Caroline Watts has been recognized for volume. Licensed since 2004, Watts is a recipient of the Honor Society award. She is a 28-year resident of Ocean City. Clarise Fazzio-Stell has been recognized for units.
