Hinchman joins Goldcoast Sotheby's

Goldcoast Sotheby's International Realty in Ocean City announces Linda Hinchman, a native of Scranton, Pa. and a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, as the firm’s newest broker-sales associate. Hinchman holds a designation from the Ocean City Board of Realtors as an Ocean City Real Estate Specialist, which is awarded to sales agents in recognition of the number of closed real estate transactions, commitment to real estate continuing education and dedication and service to the local community. Also a recipient of the NJ Circle of Excellence award for multiple years, Hinchman is committed to the highest standards of customer service, professionalism and ethics in the real estate market.

She's worked for several other Ocean City real estate firms and obtained her broker license in 2008. Hinchman also serves as chairperson of the Ocean City Board of Realtors’ education and professional development committee and contributes as a director for the OCBOR.






























Jeff Quintin Super Team receives Prudential real estate award

Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors’ Jeff Quintin Super Team, of the Ocean City 55th Street office, was recently presented the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. award for their performance for the third quarter of 2011, placing second in New Jersey for both residential gross commission income and residential units.
