Quintin team named top real estate team by Wall Street Journal
The Jeff Quintin real estate team of Prudential, Fox and Roach was named one of America’s top real estate teams by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends. The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends “Thousand” is a ranking of the top 1,000 real estate teams and individuals based on transactions and sales volume in 2011. The Jeff Quintin team was ranked 162 in the nation with sales volume totaling $60,054,958. They are also the only team from South Jersey ranked in the top 200.
Prudential welcomes new associates
Three new sales associates joined Ocean City’s Prudential, Fox and Roach offices this summer.
Stephen Booth, manager of Prudential, Fox and Roach’s 34th Street, Ocean City office, welcomes Michael Gallagher as a sales associate. Gallagher was with Re/Max prior to joining Prudential, Fox and Roach. Licensed since 2005, Gallagher is a member of the Gloucester Salem Board of Realtors. Gallagher and his wife, Sandra, reside in Gloucester Township with their two children.
Pete Madden, manager of Prudential, Fox and Roach’s Battersea Road, Ocean City office, welcomes Jason J. Frost and Patrick Halliday as sales associates.
Licensed since 2002 and a licensed broker since 2009, Frost was with Fox Real Estate as a broker associate/assistant manager before joining Prudential. A member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors, he specializes in new construction developments and luxury vacation investment real estate. Frost was born and raised in Ocean City. He graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned an MBA from Villanova University.
Licensed since 2004 and a licensed broker since 2009, Halliday was with Fox Real Estate as a broker/manager before joining Prudential. An award-winning sales agent, he has been a recipient of the NJAR Circle Excellence Award since 2006 and a member of the NJ Million Dollar Sales Club for many years. A member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors, Halliday is a certified real estate negotiator and Ocean City real estate specialist. Halliday specializes in new construction developments and luxury vacation investment real estate. He was born and raised in Ocean City.
