Tanzola named team leader at Keller Williams

OCEAN CITY — Kelley Tanzola has moved from her position as a sales associate in the Medford office of Keller Williams Realty to the position of team leader at Keller Williams Realty Jersey Shore in Ocean City.
In this capacity, Tanzola recruits, trains, retains and leads associates for three KW offices in Ocean City, Wildwood Crest and North Wildwood. One-on-one coaching and training of agents to help them achieve their business goals is an integral part of Tanzola’s new responsibilities.
“I’m thrilled to continue my career at KW by becoming a team leader,” Tanzola said. “The organization provides an unusually high level of agent support, with agents rewarded for working together. Additionally, I am very impressed with the level of continuing education and philanthropy.”
“Kelley is the ideal team leader,” said Paul Chiolo, KW Realty Jersey Shore franchise owner. “Her enthusiasm and commitment have led to five new agent hires in December alone, as well as helping to coordinate raising over $10,000 from KW agents on the east coast to help shore agents’ and their families affected by Hurricane Sandy.”
In her prior position as broker-associate in the KW Realty Medford office, Tanzola was a member of the Agent Leadership Council and chairperson for the office education program.
Prior to working for KW Realty, Tanzola was a sales associate for Weichert Realtors in Medford, following a 15-year career as an independent interior designer.
Tanzola resides in Medford Lakes. See kwshore.com.
