OCEAN CITY – Steven E. Brady, president and chief executive officer of Ocean City Home Bank, announced the promotion of Senior Vice President Janet Bossi to executive vice president.
In addition, three banking professionals have been promoted to first vice president positions within the company.
Tricia Ciliberto has been named first vice president of marketing, Maria Mayshura has been promoted to first vice president of audit, and Walt Fillmore has been named first vice president of compliance.
Bossi, in her new position, will oversee the bank’s residential lending, commercial lending, information technology, operations and customer care center departments.
“Janet (Bossi) has been an integral part of Ocean City Home Bank’s success for the past two decades, and we’re confident that she will play an even bigger role in our future accomplishments,” Brady said. “Her knowledge and dedication have earned her the respect of her fellow employees and our Board members.”
Bossi has 28 years of experience in lending, including 20 years at Ocean City Home Bank.
A graduate of the Risk Management Association’s Commercial Lending School and the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking and Senior Leadership Program, Bossi is a member of the American Bankers Association’s Mortgage Markets and Technology Committee in Washington, D.C. She also serves on the board of directors of the Friends of Jean Webster, which operates Sister Jean’s Kitchen in Atlantic City. She resides in Vineland with her husband and children.
Tricia Ciliberto, formerly the vice president of marketing, joined Ocean City Home Bank 17 years ago, and has a total of 20 years of banking experience. A 2011 graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking, Ciliberto has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and a masters of business administration from Rutgers University. She is actively involved in a variety of community organizations, including the Ocean City Education Foundation, the Ocean City Lifesaving Station and Ocean City First Night. Ciliberto and her husband reside in Marmora.
With 20 years of bank audit experience, Maria Mayshura has been a member of the Ocean City Home Bank team for two years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Caldwell College and a master’s degree in management from Thomas Edison College, and graduated from the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking in 2000. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mayshura is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and serves as the compliance committee vice chair for the New Jersey Bankers Association. She resides in Belleplain with her husband and family.
Walt Fillmore, formerly vice president of compliance, has 35 years of banking experience, including 11 years at Select Bank, and most recently, two years at Ocean City Home Bank. Fillmore earned a bachelor’s degree from Castleton State College in Vermont and a master of business administration from Monmouth University. Fillmore is active in many business organizations in the Atlantic County area. He resides in Linwood with his wife.
“Together, Tricia, Maria and Walt have more than 75 years of experience in the banking industry, and they all exemplify Ocean City Home Bank’s commitment to excellence, to customer service and to the community,” Brady said. “In their new positions, each of these knowledgeable professionals will help us continue to earn our reputation as the bank people trust.”
