Guinosso files petition with city clerk

Pete Guinosso, left, who is running for the 4th Ward council seat, submits more than 200 signed petitions to City Clerk Linda MacIntyre, right, Wednesday afternoon at City Hall. With Guinosso are his campaign manager, Regina Ralson, and Councilman Roy Wagner, who after eight years is retiring and has endorsed Guinosso for his seat. A retired UPS manager, Guinosso said he has the "time, energy and experience" to devote to the job and will address roads and drainage issues, as well as make transparence in government a priority.
