Ark students enjoy reading

Anita DeSantis, friend and volunteer of the Ocean City Library, visited the Tabernacle Ark preschool on Thursday, March 1. The children all brought their rubber ducks and enjoyed listening to Eric Carle's story, “10 Rubber Ducks.” After completing various duck activities, each child was given a gift bag with a book and bookmark donated by the library. This visit was part of the national Read Across America program that emphasizes the importance of reading.
