The Ocean City Police Department responded to 606 calls for service Sept. 30-Oct. 6 and 565 calls for service Oct. 7-13.
Sunday, Sept. 30: 92 calls for service, 27 motor vehicle stops, 30 property checks, 12 fire calls and 12 EMS calls
Fraud at 12:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of Ocean Avenue.
Shoplifting at 5:49 p.m. on the 800 block of West Avenue; one in custody.
Monday, Oct. 1: 86 calls for service, 27 motor vehicle stops, 17 property checks, three alarms, one fire call and three EMS calls
Trespassing at 12:34 a.m. on the 300 block of Central Avenue.
Drug investigation at 1:29 a.m. on the 1000 block of West Avenue; two in custody.
Trespassing at 8:54 a.m. on the 800 block of Stenton Place.
Theft at 11:28 a.m. on the unit block of West Avenue.
Harassment at 7:09 p.m. on the 2400 block of Bay Avenue.
Tuesday, Oct. 2: 86 calls for service, 13 motor vehicle stops, 38 property checks, five alarms, five fire calls and four EMS calls
Drug investigation at 1:01 a.m. on the 900 block of Bay Avenue; one in custody.
Harassment at 3:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Wesley Avenue.
Drug investigation at 8:46 p.m. on the 800 block of Bay Avenue; one in custody.
Drug investigation at 10:44 p.m. on Route 52; five in custody.
Wednesday, Oct. 3: 71 calls for service, 24 motor vehicle stops, 27 property checks, two alarms, three fire calls and eight EMS calls
Criminal mischief at 6:24 p.m. on the 100 block of Simpson Avenue.
Thursday, Oct. 4: 65 calls for service, 15 motor vehicle stops, one motor vehicle accident, 19 property checks and three alarms
Motor vehicle accident at 8:46 a.m. at Sixth Street and Asbury Avenue; no injuries.
Domestic violence at 5:25 p.m. on Ninth Street; one in custody.
Friday, Oct. 5: 77 calls for service, 13 motor vehicle stops, two motor vehicle accidents, 20 property checks, four alarms, 10 fire calls and 13 EMS calls
Weapons offense at 6:18 a.m. on the 900 block of Ocean Avenue; one in custody.
Criminal mischief at 7:26 a.m. on the 200 block of Bay Avenue.
Warrant service at 11:02 a.m. on 34th Street; one in custody.
Disorderly conduct at 2:21 p.m. on the 3800 block of the beach.
Motor vehicle accident at 5:28 p.m. at Ninth Street and Haven Avenue; no injuries.

Harassment at 6:37 p.m. on 18th Street.
Wednesday, Oct. 10: 87 calls for service, 22 motor vehicle stops, 39 property checks, one alarm, five fire calls and four EMS calls
Threats at 9:54 p.m. on the 5400 block of Central Avenue.
Thursday, Oct. 11: 89 calls for service, 29 motor vehicle stops, one motor vehicle accident, 27 property checks, five alarms, five fire calls and four EMS calls
Fraud at 4:54 p.m. on the 200 block of Ocean Avenue.
Motor vehicle accident at 6:59 p.m. on the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue; no injuries.

Theft at 2:11 p.m. on the 400 block of Central Avenue.
Warrant service at 5:45 p.m. on the 800 block of West Avenue; one in custody.
Threat investigation at 6:49 p.m. on the 100 block of Asbury Avenue.
Public service announcements:
It is a violation of a city ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.
When driving on Route 52, remember the speed limit is 40 mph.
City ordinance prohibits any boat or trailer over 22 feet in overall length from being parked on a city street. Any boat or trailer less than 22 feet in overall length can only remain on a city street for three consecutive days. Officers will be issuing summons and towing boats or trailers for any observed violations.
