Sunday, Nov. 4: 120 calls for service, 32 motor vehicle stops, one accident, 22 property checks, 12 alarms, 12 fire calls and six EMS calls

Theft at 8:48 a.m. on the 3200 West Avenue.

Theft at 9:53 a.m. on 28th Street.

Warrant service at noon on the 5800 block of West Avenue; one in custody.

Motor vehicle accident at 12:04 p.m. on the 700 block of 11th Street; no injuries.

Warrant service at 5:24 p.m. on 34th Street; one in custody.

Trespassing at 6:23 p.m. on 14th Street.

Monday, Nov. 5: 105 calls for service, 17 motor vehicle stops, three accidents, 28 property checks, eight alarms, five fire call and four EMS calls

Motor vehicle accident at 10:49 a.m. on the 400 block of Fifth Street; no injuries.

Theft at 11 a.m. on the 600 block of Wesley Avenue.

Hit and run motor vehicle accident at 8:09 p.m. at Ninth Street and West Avenue.

Public service announcements:

It is a violation of a city ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.

When driving on Route 52, remember the speed limit is 40 mph.  

City ordinance prohibits any boat or trailer over 22 feet in overall length from being parked on a city street. Any boat or trailer less than 22 feet in overall length can only remain on a city street for three consecutive days. Officers will be issuing summons and towing boats or trailers for any observed violations.
