Burglary at 4:09 p.m. on the 100 block of Asbury Avenue

Warrant service at 11:25 p.m. on the 1200 block of Asbury Avenue; one in custody

Monday, March 17: 42 calls for service, one motor vehicle stop, one accident, nine property checks, two alarms, one fire call and two EMS calls

Hit and run motor vehicle accident at 12:08 p.m. on East Atlantic Boulevard

Theft at 7 p.m. on the 1100 block of Simpson Avenue

Verbal dispute at 8:50 p.m. on the 300 block of West Avenue

Tuesday, March 18: 63 calls for service, 25 motor vehicle stops, one accident, 14 property checks, two alarms, five fire calls and four EMS calls

Motor vehicle accident at 8:42 a.m. on the 800 block of Atlantic Avenue; no injuries

Wednesday, March 19: 66 calls for service, 17 motor vehicle stops, one accident, 21 property checks, two alarms, three fire calls and four EMS calls

Assault at 1:34 p.m. on the 500 block of Atlantic Avenue

Criminal mischief at 3:37 p.m. on the 1700 block of Haven Avenue

Motor vehicle accident at 4:36 p.m. at 11th Street and Asbury Avenue; no injuries

Thursday, March 20: 85 calls for service, 25 motor vehicle stops, one accident, 26 property checks, four alarms, three fire calls and four EMS calls

Hit and run motor vehicle accident at 1:37 p.m. on the 600 block of West Avenue

Theft at 2:36 p.m. on the 300 block of Central Avenue

Friday, March 21: 67 calls for service, 22 motor vehicle stops, 18 property checks, three fire calls and three EMS calls

Drug investigation at 11:24 a.m. on the unit block of Bay Avenue; one in custody

Harassment at 11:40 a.m. on the 500 block of Atlantic Avenue

Theft at 4:16 p.m. on the 3400 block of Haven Avenue

Saturday, March 22: 83 calls for service, 37 motor vehicle stops, 22 property checks, one alarm, eight fire calls and seven EMS calls

Harassment at 3:49 p.m. on the 5500 block of Haven Avenue

Warrant service at 5:14 p.m. on the 800 block of Wesley Avenue; one in custody

Public service announcements:

It is a violation of a city ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.

City ordinance prohibits any boat or trailer over 22 feet in overall length from being parked on a city street. Any boat or trailer less than 22 feet in overall length can only remain on a city street for three consecutive days. Officers will be issuing summons and towing boats or trailers for any observed violations.
