ABSECON – Contingent on weather conditions there could be a lane-shift traffic pattern 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9 on Mill Road at Ohio Avenue for utility work by the New Jersey American Water Company.

If the work proceeds, police are scheduled to be onsite.

Delays would be encountered.

Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time or find alternate routes.
