PLEASANTVILLE – The Christ Worship Center Worldwide recognized five local citizens for outstanding contributions to the community at its inaugural black history program on Sunday, Feb. 17.

Honored were Assemblyman Chris A. Brown, Purple Heart recipient Herb Fisher, Atlantic City School Board Member Nynell Langford, the Rev. Lynda T. Rassman, pastor of St. Paul AME Church of Pleasantville and Pleasantville City Council President Judy Ward.
