Ashton Marsh Elementary School students to help raise money to fight childhood cancer.

Through Project Hope, Rita’s Water Ice of Absecon will donate a coupon for a free water ice to a child whenever he or she makes a donation to the Alex’s lemonade Stand.

In addition, the H. Ashton Marsh grade level that raises the most amount of money will receive an Absecon Rita’s Water Ice party.

Donations will be collected through June 16.

To encourage students to make even more donations, the school has created a banner displaying the lemons signed by students when they make a donation.

“The children are really excited about helping those in need and of course they all love a Rita's Water Ice,” teacher Rose Guerrera said.
