In a release sent Thursday, LoBiondo said these changes to the National Flood Insurance Program, brought on by the Biggert-Watters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012, “will hamper rebuilding efforts along the Jersey Shore.”
The conference is set for 10 a.m. Monday along the Brigantine Seawall, just past North 14th Street at Brigantine Avenue.
