To the editor:
Mr. Grossman is shameful. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. To say that his Feb. 16 column (“New Jersey needs more candidates like Mike Doherty”) is not an endorsement is extremely disingenuous. That article is an endorsement in all but name only.

You can deny it all you want, but it doesn’t change the fact that it is an endorsement. If Norm Cohen had written the same article about a Democrat and then claimed that, due to his tax-deductible organization's status he wasn't endorsing the individual, you would be the first to call him on it, claiming his denial was Clintonian at best.
