Lindsay Konick of the U-13 Upper Township Thunder took along her Gazette while competing in a Goalie Wars Tournament hosted by South Jersey Goal Keeping Academy at Total Turf Experience in Pitman. Lindsay was undefeated in eight rounds and won on a penalty kick.

 Marjorie and Dr. Edward J. Kozakowski brought The Gazette to the Badaling Gate of the Great Wall in China. They also traveled to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Beijing Zoo, saw the Terracotta warriors in Xian and the Three Gorges Dam.

  The Gazette traveled with Hannah, Alexis, MaryKate, Shannon, Ally, Haleigh, Kelsey and Alina to Shoprite on a Supermarket Shopping Spree to help restock the shelves of the local food pantry at St. Maximilan Kolbe. The girls bought over 200 items while having fun racing against each other to help others.

  Ed and Connee Kennedy and Mary Lou Leigh took The Gazette on a scenic tour of the West, stopping at the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum. The tour group was very interested in where Upper Township was located and they gladly told them about their community.

 Cathy and Joe Rebl of Ocean City recently completed a 15-day cruise from San Francisco to the Hawaiian Islands. In addition to kayaking in Hilo Bay, they took their Gazette to Honolulu, where they visited the USS Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbor.

The Mora family (John, Monica, Emily and Andrew) of Upper Township visited Walt Disney World along with Grandmom (Alice Coupe) of Somers Point in November.  Mickey and friends were all decorated and ready for the Christmas season.
